Contractor/Supplier definition

Contractor/Supplier means the person or persons, firm, corporation or company whose tender has been accepted by the Cochin Port Trust and includes his servants, agents and workers, personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
Contractor/Supplier means the person or persons, firm, corporation or company whose tender to perform the Contract has been accepted by the Employer and is named as such in the Contract Agreement and includes his servants, agents and workers, personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
Contractor/Supplier means any Distributor, service company, service provider, vendor, supplier, contractor, consultant, retailer, wholesaler or an y other third party engaged by the Company.

  • The Bidder / Contractor/Supplier will not, directly or through any other person or firm, offer, promise or give to any of the Principal's employees involved in the tender process or the execution of the contract or to any third person, any material or immaterial benefit which he/she is not legally entitled to, in order to obtain in exchange, any advantage of any kind whatsoever during the tender process or during the execution of the contract.

  • The Bidder / Contractor/Supplier will not enter with other Bidders into any undisclosed agreement or understanding, whether formal or informal.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;
