Contractor’s Offer definition

Contractor’s Offer means the Contractor’s response to a request for offer issued by the EPO as per Article 4 of this Agreement.
Contractor’s Offer means the documents the Contractor submitted to the Authority in response to, and in accordance with, the Solicitation.

Examples of Contractor’s Offer in a sentence

  • Notices to the Contractor shall be sent to the address specified in the Contractor’s Offer, or at such other address as a party may notify the other in writing.

  • The Contractor shall be in default under the Contract if the Contractor (a) fails to fully, timely and faithfully perform any of its material obligations under the Contract, (b) fails to provide adequate assurance of performance under Paragraph 24, (c) becomes insolvent or seeks relief under the bankruptcy laws of the United States or (d) makes a material misrepresentation in Contractor’s Offer, or in any report or deliverable required to be submitted by the Contractor to the City.

  • The Contractor shall fully and timely provide all deliverables described in the Solicitation and in the Contractor’s Offer in strict accordance with the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Contract and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations.

  • The Contractor shall be in default under the Contract if the Contractor (a) fails to fully, timely and faithfully perform any of its material obligations under the Contract, (b) fails to provide adequate assurance of performance under the “Right to Assurance paragraph herein, (c) becomes insolvent or seeks relief under the bankruptcy laws of the United States or (d) makes a material misrepresentation in Contractor’s Offer, or in any report or deliverable required to be submitted by Contractor to the City.

  • The Contractor shall fully and timely provide all deliverables described herein and in the Contractor’s Offer in strict accordance with the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Contract and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations.

  • The Contractor shall be in default under the Contract if the Contractor (a) fails to fully, timely and faithfully perform any of its material obligations under the Contract, (b) fails to provide adequate assurance of performance, (c) becomes insolvent or seeks relief under the bankruptcy laws of the United States or (d) makes a material misrepresentation in Contractor’s Offer, or in any report or Deliverable required to be submitted by the Contractor to the City.

  • Contractor shall not, however, begin performance unless the acceptance of Contractor’s Offer is delivered by GRTC.

  • Goods/services shall be provided in accordance with UCF’s Invitation to Negotiate (ITN)/Invitation to Bid (ITB) Number and the Contractor’s Offer in response thereto, both of which are incorporated by reference and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Offer shall become a part of this Agreement and Contractor shall be obligated to perform the services described in Contractor’s Offer when Contractor receives written acceptance of Contractor’s Offer from GRTC.

  • The Contractor shall fully and timely provide all Deliverables described in the Solicitation and in the Contractor’s Offer in strict accordance with the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Contract and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
