Contractor’s Key Personnel definition

Contractor’s Key Personnel means the EPCM Contractor’s key personnel for the Services identified in Appendix J – Key Personnel and Addresses for Notice, or if not determined before the execution of this Contract, identified in an organisational chart in accordance with Article 17 - Key Personnel and approved by the Owner;
Contractor’s Key Personnel as used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in Subparagraph 3.3.2.

Examples of Contractor’s Key Personnel in a sentence

  • Contractor’s Key Personnel are those individuals who report directly to the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • The Contractor’s Key Personnel and Other Personnel shall be available for all regularly scheduled meetings between the Contractor and the Department, unless the Department has granted prior, written approval.

  • If one or more of Contractor’s Key Personnel become unavailable, for any reason, for work under the Contract, the Contractor will (i) notify the UNICEF contracting authority at least fourteen (14) days in advance; and (ii) obtain the UNICEF contracting authority’s approval prior to making any substitution of Key Personnel.

  • All of Contractor’s Key Personnel and Other Personnel that attend any meeting with the Department or other Department stakeholders shall be physically present at the location of the meeting, unless the Department gives prior, written permission to attend by telephone or video conference.

  • The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with replacing any of Contractor’s Key Personnel, including the additional costs to familiarize replacement personnel with the Services.

  • The responsibilities of the Contractor’s Key Personnel are set forth in Exhibit D, Work to be Performed.

  • The Key Personnel for each of the parties shall be the contact person for all communications and billings regarding the performance of this Contract.Any substitution of Contractor’s Key Personnel must be made by written notification to the Military Department.

  • The Contractor’s Key Personnel required to interface directly with the Purchaser’s counterparts, shall have the capability to readily communicate (oral and written fluency) in English and to provide, if requested official documents destined for distribution during the course of the Contract in English.

  • Contractor’s Key Personnel must be on-site or available at during the following times: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.

  • All of the Contractor’s Key Personnel and Other Personnel that attend any meeting with the Department or other Department stakeholders shall be physically present at the location of the meeting, unless the Department gives prior, written permission to attend by telephone or video conference.

Related to Contractor’s Key Personnel

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Prime Contractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a prime Contractor.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Principals or Key Personnel means and refers to those principals and key personnel of the Contractor, and its or their agents, as described in C.G.S. §§ 4-250(5) and 4-252(c)(1)(B) and (C).

  • Major Subcontractor means, any Subcontractor with whom Contractor will enter (or has entered) into a Major Subcontract. 1

  • Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:
