Note that the proposed professional services fees do not include any direct costs including costs for trips to APM Contractor’s Headquarters and other manufacturing facilities.
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
Headquarters means the office address at which a state agent has his/her primary work assignment.
headquarters area has the same meaning as given to the expression in the NRC Travel Directive as may be amended from time to time (« zone d’affectation »);
Project Highway means the Site comprising the existing road {, proposed bypasses and tunnels} forming part of [NH-** from km ** to km **] and all Project Assets, and its subsequent development and augmentation in accordance with this Agreement;
urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;
