Contractor's Design definition

Contractor's Design has the meaning given in Sub-Clause 5.1 [Design];

Examples of Contractor's Design in a sentence

  • The Draft Payment Application shall include detailed backup material, including but not limited to invoices from Contractors, Design Professionals and other vendors, as County may reasonably request.

  • The Contractor and County shall, where appropriate, require similar waivers of subrogation from the County’s separate Contractors, Design Consultants and Subcontractors and shall require each of them to include similar waivers in their contracts.

  • Contractor's Design Contingency or CDC is an amount estimated by the Contractor and is included in the Cost of the Work to cover all the costs to the Contractor to implement an acceptable resolution to any and all Design Issues that are properly characterized as Contractor’s Design Contingency matters as described in GC 4.2 – CONTRACTOR'S DESIGN CONTINGENCY.
