Contractor/Supplier/Tenderer/Bidder definition

Contractor/Supplier/Tenderer/Bidder means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor‟s successors, legal heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and permitted assignees.

  • First-tier subcontract means a subcontract awarded directly by the Contractor for the purpose of acquiring supplies or services (including construction) for performance of a prime contract. It does not include the Contractor’s supplier agreements with vendors, such as long-term arrangements for materials or supplies that would benefit multiple contracts and/or the costs of which are normally applied to a Contractor’s general and administrative expenses or indirect cost.

  • Customer Contract means any Contract between Agilent or any of its Subsidiaries on the one hand and a customer, distributor or dealer of Agilent or any of its Subsidiaries on the other hand for the purchase, sale, distribution, marketing, servicing, support or manufacturing (or similar matters) of Automated Semiconductor Test Systems.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

The Contractor Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 2.2B.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any subcontractor or subcontractor of any (lower) tier who supplies goods and/or services to Subcontractor in connection with Subcontractor's obligations under this Order.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Approved Vendor means the entity approved by the IPA under the ABP to be eligible for an award of an Agreement (as a Seller) under the ABP.
