Contractor Related Party means any officer, agent, employee of the Contractor acting in the course of their office or employment including any Sub-Contractors supplied by the Contractor in relation to the Services;

Contractor’s Technical Proposal means that document set forth in Appendix 4. Cooperative Agreements mean those agreements set forth in Appendix 6.
