Contractor Permits definition

Contractor Permits means the Permits listed in Attachment P and any other Permits (not listed in either Attachment P or Attachment Q) necessary for performance of the Work which are required to be obtained in Contractor’s name pursuant to Applicable Law.
Contractor Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.10.
Contractor Permits means those Permits required to be obtained by Contractor, as set forth in Exhibit H.

More Definitions of Contractor Permits

Contractor Permits means all Permits, required by the Contractor from any Government Instrumentality for the performance of his obligations.
Contractor Permits means (i) all Applicable Permits set forth on Part I of Exhibit C and (ii) all Applicable Permits that are required for the performance of the Work in accordance with this Agreement other than Owner Permits.
Contractor Permits means the Governmental Approvals identified as Contractor Permits in Exhibit C.

Contractor Permits means (i) all permits that the Contractor needs to conduct its business, (ii) all Permits which the Contractor must obtain in order to carry out its operations to perform the Work and (iii) minor and routine construction and building Permits such as licenses to install electricity and plumbing. Exhibit J hereto contains a list of sample Contractor Permits; provided that such list is not meant to be complete or exclusive. DATE OF COMMERCIAL ACCEPTANCE, PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE OR FINAL ACCEPTANCE means the date set forth in the Certificate of Commercial Acceptance, Certificate of Provisional Acceptance or Certificate of Final Acceptance, as the case may be; provided, that for purposes of Article 22 (Liquidated Damages) only, such date shall be deemed to be the date that Purchaser receives a complete Commissioning Report or an Upgrade Commissioning Report, as the case may be, demonstrating that a Segment, a Phase, the System or a System Upgrade, as the case may be, is Ready for Commercial Acceptance, Ready for Provisional Acceptance or Ready for Final Acceptance in accordance with Article 9 (Acceptance).
