Contractor Network definition

Contractor Network means the fibre optic communications network which is owned or operated by the Contractor and its Associated Companies from time to time;
Contractor Network. Contractor Equipment" “Contractor Premises” Means the service handover document to be provided at the time of delivery of the Dark Fibre, a sample of which is attached to Schedule 4.   • In consideration for the Services to be performed by Contractor (CAMEO), Client (Network) agrees to pay Contractor (Network) $400,000 over the life of the project which will be split into three (3) payments.

  • TRC or SMUD may immediately terminate or for any duration suspend this Agreement and Contractor’s participation in the CES Contractor Network for convenience and at its sole discretion upon written notice to the Contractor.

Related to Contractor Network

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
