CONTRACTOR MANUAL definition

CONTRACTOR MANUAL means that document prepared by the NH Department of Administrative Services containing a compilation of all regulations promulgated pursuant to the New Hampshire Administrative Procedures Act. NH RSA Ch 541-A, for the purpose of implementing State of NH and federal regulations promulgated thereunder.
CONTRACTOR MANUAL means the compilation of PGW standards and procedures in one manual, as amended, modified or supplemented by the Company, that the Contractor shall comply with to perform and complete the Work. The Contractor Manual in effect on the date of issuance of this RFQ is included as part of the Special Specifications. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining the manual in its possession with the most recent updates by PGW.
CONTRACTOR MANUAL means RCN’s then-current manual containing instructions and establishing standards for performance of Work, including without limitation technical procedures and specifications for the Work, procedures and policies for Contractor Personnel’s training, skills, uniforms, vehicles, operational safety, professional conduct, and other standards and rules included therein by RCN from time to time and which is provided by RCN to it contractors. The Contractor Manual as of the date hereof is annexed hereto as Appendix 2.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
