Contractor Ledger definition
Contractor Ledger means a book which contains all enteries in respect of all works executed by the contractor indicating therein payment account.

Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).
Contractor means the Party selected to provide the goods or Services to the State under this Contract.
General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.
