Contractor Consents definition

Contractor Consents shall have the meaning as defined in Clause 13.3;
Contractor Consents means a consent and agreement, by a Contractor or Design Professional, as applicable, to the collateral assignment to Administrative Agent of a Construction Contract, and the granting of nondisturbance rights in favor of Administrative Agent, opportunity to cure rights in favor of Administrative Agent, and such other matters as Administrative Agent may require, all in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent.
Contractor Consents means (a) the Alcatel Contractor Consent, (b) the ------------------- Consent and Agreement to be entered into among the Borrower, Pan American Crossing, TSSL and the Administrative Agent with respect to the Tyco Supply Contract and the St. Croix Contract, and, with respect to any supply contract permitted to replace the Tyco Supply Contract in accordance with Section 7.11, ------------ any replacement consent and agreement reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and relating to such new supply contract and (c) any other consents reasonably requested by the Lead Agents in connection with the St. Croix Contracts.

  • Labor contractor means an individual or entity, either with or without a contract, which supplies a client employer with, or maintains a pool or availability list of, workers to perform labor within the client employer’s usual course of business. This definition is not intended to include Farm Labor Contractors.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Consent to subcontract means the Contracting Officer’s written consent for the Contractor to enter into a particular subcontract.

  • Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.
