Contractor/ bidder s equipment” means all appliances or machinery of whatsoever nature materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the works.
Contractor/ bidder means the person or persons, firm and company whether incorporated or not, employed as Contractor or manufacturer or dealer or distributor or wholesaler or supplier by the Client for undertaking the work and shall include their representatives, successors, legal heirs and permitted assigns.
Contractor/ bidder are synonymous words and shall means the agency responsible for Design Build & Operating & Maintaining the entire waste water system as specified in Scope of work;
