The Contract Tenor under this Agreement shall be [20/25] years; provided that, once the Contract Delivery Term has begun, if a Force Majeure causes the cessation of production or delivery of at least fifty percent (50%) of the Operational Installed Capacity, the Contract Tenor for such portion of the Selected Project affected by such Force Majeure shall be extended on a day-for-day basis for the duration of such cessation of production or delivery.
A period that shall commence on the first day of the month after any portion of the Selected Project commences Commercial Operation and end at the earlier of (i) the date upon which the Contract Tenor has elapsed, or (ii) the Outer Limit Date.
The hourly rate will resume at the completion of their call-out work.
The Contract Tenor shall be as stated in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
