Contract Tenor definition

Contract Tenor. The duration, in years, of the Contract Delivery Term. The Contract Tenor shall be as stated in Schedule 1 of this Agreement. Contract Year: A 12-month period commencing with the beginning of the Contract Delivery Term and each anniversary thereof within the Contract Delivery Term.
