Contract Stations definition

Contract Stations means (a) each television or radio station identified as such in Schedule I to this Indenture, (b) each television or radio station that is the subject of an acquisition referred to in clause (b) of the definition of “Acquisitions” in the Bank Credit Agreement consummated by the Company or any Subsidiary on or after the Issue Date and (c) any television or radio station with which the Company or any Subsidiary has entered into any Local Marketing Agreement on or after the Issue Date, in each case until such time, if any, as the Company or any Subsidiary acquires the Broadcast License of such television or radio station and such station becomes an Owned Station.
