Contract Price or Contract Amount definition

Contract Price or Contract Amount means the total amount as calculated from quoted unit rates by the successful bidder and quantities mentioned tender documents and as accepted by the Bank and indicated in the letter of award of work.
Contract Price or Contract Amount means the sum named in the Tender subject to such additions thereto or deductions there from as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained.

The communication delivered by any accepted electronic means shall also be deemed to be a written notice.
