Contract Price or Contract Amount definition
Contract Price or Contract Amount means the total amount as calculated from quoted unit rates by the successful bidder and quantities mentioned tender documents and as accepted by the Bank and indicated in the letter of award of work.
Contract Price or Contract Amount means the sum named in the Tender subject to such additions thereto or deductions there from as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained.
Contract Price or Contract Amount means the total amount as calculated from quoted unit rates by the successful bidder and quantities mentioned tender documents and as accepted by the Bank and indicated in the letter of award of work. “Notice in writing or written notice” shall mean a notice in written, typed or printed characters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise proved to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received when in the ordinary course of post, it would have been delivered and/or sent. The communication delivered by any accepted electronic means shall also be deemed to be a written notice.
