Contract of Work definition

Contract of Work means the Contract of Work made December 30, 1991, between the Ministry of Mines of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, acting for and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, and PTFI, together with any amendments and extensions thereto and any related implementation agreement or Memorandum of Understanding with such Ministry of Mines acting on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, after giving effect to the PT-Rio Tinto Indonesia COW Assignment.

Related to Contract of Work

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
