  • Notwithstanding the expiry or early termination of the Contract, only upon the expiry of the Guarantee Period will the Contract Deposit (if in the form of cash and if any is remaining) be refunded to the Contractor without interest; or if in the form of a Bank Guarantee, it together with the Advance Payment Bonds and the Parent Guarantee (if any), will be discharged or released.

  • In case the Contractor/s shall at any time commit any breach of this covenant then the Earnest Money Deposit / Contract Deposit shall be forfeited to the Corporation and shall be retained by the Corporation as and for liquidated damages.
