Continuous Outage Termination Notice definition

Continuous Outage Termination Notice means and refer to written notice from Tenant to Landlord, delivered within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of a Continuous Outage, that Tenant thereby terminates this Lease.
Continuous Outage Termination Notice means and refer to written notice from Tenant to Landlord, delivered within five (5) business days after the occurrence of a Continuous Outage, that Tenant thereby terminates this Lease.

Examples of Continuous Outage Termination Notice in a sentence

  • Tenant’s failure to timely deliver Tenant’s Continuous Outage Termination Notice shall automatically extinguish Tenant’s right to terminate this Lease with respect to that particular Continuous Outage.

The "Last Triggering Event" shall mean the last Initial Triggering Event to expire. The term "Holder" shall mean the holder or holders of the Option.

  • Company Termination Event means any of the following:

  • Disability Termination means termination by the Company of the Executive’s employment by reason of the Executive’s incapacitation due to disability. The Executive will be deemed to be incapacitated due to disability if at the end of any month the Executive is unable to perform substantially all of the Executive’s duties under this Agreement in the normal and regular manner due to illness, injury or mental or physical incapacity, and has been unable so to perform for either (i) three consecutive full calendar months then ending, or (ii) 90 or more of the normal working days during the 12 consecutive full calendar months then ending. Nothing in this paragraph alters the Company’s obligations under applicable law, which may, in certain circumstances, result in the suspension or alteration of the foregoing time periods.

  • Stated Termination Date means December 31, 2000.

  • Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer shall have been made).

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Potential Termination Event means an event which but for the lapse of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute a Termination Event.
