Continual Monitoring and Audit Activities definition

Continual Monitoring and Audit Activities means continual monitoring and audit activities, undertaken by TCA, of the ASP's Total System. The process is designed to provide assurance that the ASP is meeting the requirements of the Functional and Technical Specification(s) as relevant to this Agreement.
