Contingent Payment Agreement definition

Contingent Payment Agreement means that certain Contingent Payment Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Servicer, the Optionee, Greenrange, PMI and FSA, a copy of which has been attached hereto as Annex A.
Contingent Payment Agreement means the agreement in substantially the form attached as Schedule 1.1(uu).
