Examples of Contingent Award in a sentence
No member of the Committee or Board shall be liable for any determination, decision or action made in good faith with respect to the Plan or any Contingent Award.
NYSERDA reserves the right to make public, after the fifth anniversary of the Contingent Award Notification Date, this Agreement, in its entirety or in part.
No Contingent Award shall be sold, assigned, transferred, encumbered, hypothecated or otherwise anticipated by a Participant, and during the lifetime of a Participant, any payment shall be payable only to the Participant.
