Contingent Award definition

Contingent Award means an award to an Eligible Employee expressed as a percentage of average annual Salary for the Incentive Period.
Contingent Award means an award made by the Trustees to a Participant upon terms that the Trustees will, subject to and in accordance with the Rules of the Plan and the Award Certificate, transfer to such Participant Ordinary Shares on or following the Vesting Date in relation to that award and for the time being subsisting or (where the context so requires or permits) such an award proposed to be so made;
Contingent Award means an award to an Eligible Employee, as determined in Section 4.02, expressed as a percentage of Salary for the Incentive Period.

  • No member of the Committee or Board shall be liable for any determination, decision or action made in good faith with respect to the Plan or any Contingent Award.

Contingent Award means an award to an Eligible Employee based on a specified percentage of Salary for the Incentive Period.
