Contestee definition

Contestee means one against whom a written notice of the contest of an ASNMSU election has been filed;
Contestee means the person, persons, firm, or corporation licensed by law under the jurisdiction of the board and against whom the board is proceeding for alleged violation of any of the provisions of W.S. 33-15-101 through W.S. 33-15-130 or any of the Rules and Regulations of the board.
