Content Service Provider definition

Content Service Provider has the meaning given to that term in section 97 of the Telecommunications Act. Contracted End User means an End User acquiring a Customer Product or Downstream Product under a contract with Customer, a Downstream Service Provider or another Contracted End User (as the case may be). Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Content Service Provider means a person authorized by the Communications Authority of Kenya to provide content services.
Content Service Provider means a licensee authorized by the Authority to transport and provide electronic content through telecommunications network infrastructure;
