Content Investment definition
Content Investment means expenditures incurred by the Parent and its Restricted Subsidiaries in the production and acquisition of motion picture and television programming content and in the mastering and offering of packaged media masters, including the creation of added content, artwork and other one-time value-added materials to prepare finished masters suitable for offer and sale to the public in accordance with GAAP, which shall include, but not be limited to, Acorn Production, Product and Development Expense, Image Product Expenditures, and Net Royalty Advances.
