Related to the Business means required for, primarily related to, or used primarily in connection with, the Business as conducted by the Sellers as of the date hereof and prior to the Closing.
Security Held or to be Acquired means any Security or any equivalent Security which, within the most recent 15 days: (1) is or has been held by the Fund; or (2) is being considered by the Fund or its investment adviser for purchase by the Fund.
Contemplated Transactions all of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including:

Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature. Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.
Subject Matter means the Unit as finally described in the Sectional Plan, read together with the Register;
Consummation means the occurrence of the Effective Date.

Buyer Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

Implementation means the activity between formal approval of an E911 service plan and a given system design, and commencement of operations.

Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
Purchaser Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).
Site investigation means the collection and evaluation of data adequate to determine whether or not discharged contaminants exist at a site or have migrated or are migrating from the site at levels in excess of the applicable remediation standards. A site investigation shall be developed based upon the information collected pursuant to the preliminary assessment;
Public aircraft means an aircraft used exclusively in the service of any government or of any political subdivision thereof, including the government of any state, territory, or possession of the United States, or the District of Columbia, but not including any government-owned aircraft engaged in carrying persons or property for commercial purposes.
Transactions means the execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the borrowing of Loans, the use of the proceeds thereof and the issuance of Letters of Credit under this Agreement.

Written Summary means the written summary that must be submitted annually to the Ministry as required by the Section titled Reporting Requirements of this Certificate.
