Contemplated Change Notice definition

Contemplated Change Notice means a written instruction referenced as a “Contemplated Change Notice” executed by the Owner and directing the Contractor to advise the impact on the Contract Price and Contract Time or a proposed Change to the Work.

Contemplated Change Notice means a written order signed by the Town or the Engineer requesting the Contractor to provide proposed adjustment to the Contract Sum and/or the Contract Schedule, for contemplated changes to the Work, design, specifications, or design requirements.
