Container Yard definition

Container Yard means the land and premises used by MICT at the Container Terminal where Containers are, amongst other things, stored, received and delivered;
Container Yard means the land and premises at the Container Terminal determined by the Contractor as the area where Containers are received, stored and delivered for direct loading onto and discharge from Container Vessels and includes any other areas within the Container Terminal used to provide the Container Terminal Services including, but not limited to, repair, storage, inspection, stuffing and stripping of Containers;
Container Yard means any developed / designated area in ICD DASHRATH [BARODA] or any extension thereof for keeping containers or as presently / to be specified by the Regional Manager, Central Warehousing Corporation, Regional Office, Ahmedabad or any other officer authorized on his behalf.
