Container Movement definition

Container Movement means: 2 [To be completed on the basis of the Awardee's Binding Offer.] (a) any unloading of a Container from a Eligible Container Vessel to the Corozal Container Terminal; or (b) any loading of a Container onto a Eligible Container Vessel from the Corozal Container Terminal, provided that any transhipment of a Container from one Eligible Container Vessel to another Eligible Container Vessel, shall constitute only one Container Movement rather than two;
