Consumer Promotion definition

Consumer Promotion shall include the expenses associated with programs to promote Licensed Products directly to the end user. This category shall include expenses associated with promoting products directly to the professional community such as professional samples, professional literature, promotional material costs, patient aids and detailing aids. To the extent multiple products are involved and some of such products are not Licensed Products, then such allowances shall be allocated on a pro rata basis based upon net sales of each respective product during the most recent quarter.
Consumer Promotion means all costs and expenses associated with programs to promote a Product directly to the prescriber or end user, including expenses associated with promoting the Product directly to the professional community such as professional samples, professional literature, promotional material costs, patient aids and detailing aids.
Consumer Promotion has the meaning set forth in Schedule B.
