Consumer Notice definition

Consumer Notice means any person engaged in the manufacture and retail sale of new manufactured, factory-built, mobile or modular homes to the general public shall post a notice in the kitchen area stating:
Consumer Notice means the notice or notices of this Settlement Agreement and hearing thereof that are to be published and/or mailed to members of the Settlement Group pursuant to Section VII.
