Consumer List definition

Consumer List means a list produced by Equifax within thirty (30) days of the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order containing the following information for each and every Settlement Class Member: (i) the consumer’s first, middle, and last name, if known; and (ii) the consumer’s current address on the Equifax file, if known. The Class Administrator will run an address scrub prior to sending the Class Notice to the Class.
