Consumer Brand definition

Consumer Brand means any trade ▇▇▇▇ or brand established and used by members of the Unilever Group primarily in connection with the marketing and sale of products as part of its Consumer Business.
Consumer Brand means any trade m▇▇▇ or brand established and used primarily in connection with the marketing and sale of products as part of a Consumer Business (taking into account all territories in which products are marketed and sold under that trade m▇▇▇ or brand), including, for the avoidance of doubt, use of such trade marks or brands together with any markings such as “professional”, “for professional use” or similar.
