Except as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, any Financed Vehicle securing a Vehicle Contract that has been equipped with (i) a starter interrupt device or (ii) a global positioning unit added by any Borrower for the purpose of locating the Financed Vehicle following a default by the Consumer has been installed and deployed in compliance in all material respects with applicable federal, state and local law.
The Company is currently a “banking entity” as defined under the ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and implementing regulations, and will comply in all material respects with the requirements of a banking entity thereunder for so long as such compliance is required.
