Consultant’s Equipment definition

Consultant’s Equipment means any equipment described as “Consultant’s Equipment” in Schedule 1 and any other equipment, including tools, systems (including laptops), cabling or facilities provided by the Consultant or its sub-contractors and used directly or indirectly in the supply of the Services or the Goods which are not the subject of a separate agreement between the parties under which title passes to the British Council;
Consultant’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles, facilities and other things required for the execution of the Services.
Consultant’s Equipment means all or any apparatus, machinery, equipment, vehicles, materials, plant tools and all other things required for the Execution of the Works and the remedying of any defects to be provided by the Consultant but Consultant’s Equipment excludes “Equipment”.

  • The Consultant warrants that the Consultant’s Equipment shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose of providing the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Consultant shall provide all related resources, supervision, labour and Consultant’s Equipment which may be required for the performance of the Services.

  • The Consultant shall remove all Consultant’s Equipment from the Site at the end of each of its visits and leave the Site in an undamaged, clean, tidy and safe condition.

  • The Consultant’s Equipment Insurance covering all equipment owned or rented by the Consultant and its servants, Managers or employees against all risks of loss or damage with coverage sufficient to allow for immediate replacement and shall contain a Waiver of Subrogation against the City.

  • According to the TOR the Consultant’s Equipment Expert has prepared specifications and tender documents for each item of equipment after discussions with the OSI management to establish their requirements.

More Definitions of Consultant’s Equipment

Related to Consultant’s Equipment

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
