Examples of Consultant’s Equipment in a sentence
The Consultant warrants that the Consultant’s Equipment shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose of providing the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Upon the termination or expiry of the Contract each Party shall (if required by the other Party) promptly return to the other all Materials and other property of the other held by it and the Consultant shall (if required by the Company) remove all Consultant’s Equipment remaining on the Site in accordance with clause8.5 and shall otherwise immediately cease to exercise the rights granted under clause 7.1 (if any).
The Company shall: (a) grant or procure to be granted to the Consultant (including its employees and agents) all such rights (if any) in relation to the Site (or any part of it) which the Company determines are reasonably necessary for the purposes of providing the Services including access for providing the Services and for bringing on to, removing from and using on the Site any Consultant’s Equipment.
The Consultant shall provide all related resources, supervision, labour and Consultant’s Equipment which may be required for the performance of the Services.
The Consultant shall remove all Consultant’s Equipment from the Site at the end of each of its visits and leave the Site in an undamaged, clean, tidy and safe condition.

The Consultant’s Equipment Insurance covering all equipment owned or rented by the Consultant and its servants, Managers or employees against all risks of loss or damage with coverage sufficient to allow for immediate replacement and shall contain a Waiver of Subrogation against the City.
The Company shall: (a) grant or procure to be granted to the Consultant (including its employees and agents) all such rights (if any) in relation to the Site (or any part of it) w hich the Company determines are reasonably necessary for the purposes of providing the Services including access for providing the Services and for bringing on to, removing from and using on the Site any Consultant’s Equipment.
According to the TOR the Consultant’s Equipment Expert has prepared specifications and tender documents for each item of equipment after discussions with the OSI management to establish their requirements.
The Consultant’s Equipment Expert has produced an Equipment Maintenance Manual for use by the EA equipment maintenance staff.
