Construction union definition
Construction union means a labor organization that represents, for purposes of collective bargaining, employees involved in the performance of construction, reconstruction, demolition, alteration, custom fabrication, or repair work and who are enrolled or have graduated from a "registered apprenticeship program."
Construction union means a trade union or council of trade unions, both as defined in section 126 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 or an affiliated bargaining agent or employee bargaining agency, both as defined in section 151 of that Act; (“syndi- cat de la construction”)
