Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;
construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;
Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.
Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.
Construction Plan means a representation of a project site and all activities associated with the project. The plan includes the location of the project site, buildings and other infrastructure, grading activities, schedules for implementation, and other pertinent information related to the project site. A storm water pollution prevention plan is a part of the construction plan.
Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.
Construction-manager-at-risk means a project delivery method in which:
Construction industry means the work activity designated in sector group 23 - construction of the North American classification system - United States Office of Management and Budget, 1997 edition.
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.
Construction Agent means the Lessee in its capacity as construction agent pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement.
Constructional Plant means all equipments, materials, appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for execution, completion or maintenance of the works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.
Construction Management Agreement means the Construction Management Agreement, dated as of the date of the Common Agreement, between Construction Manager and the Project Company.
Construction Work means any work in connection with
Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.
Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project Facilities in accordance with this Agreement;
Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;
Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.
Construction and demolition waste means the waste building materials, packaging, and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, and demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings and other structures.

Construction management contract means a contract in which a party is retained by the owner to
