Construction Trades Worker definition

Construction Trades Worker means a person, including an Apprentice or Trainee, who is engaged or employed in any of the occupations included on the list of construction trades workforce occupations to be counted for the purposes of the Government Building Training Policy, as reviewed annually by the DTWD and published at www.dtwd.wa.gov.au;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
