Construction Term definition

Construction Term means, with respect to any Leased Property, the period commencing on the related Closing Date and ending on the related Construction Term Expiration Date, or such shorter period as may result from earlier termination of the Lease as provided therein.
Construction Term means the period of time in which Contractor shall complete the Project, pursuant to §6(F).

Construction Term means that period of time between the date of execution of the Right of Way Use permit or required utility permit and the date of acceptance of the project by the City or the construction completion date as set forth in the Right of Way Use permit or required utility permit, whichever occurs first.
