Construction Rules, Regulations and Procedures definition

Construction Rules, Regulations and Procedures means the construction rules, regulations and procedures in effect as of the date hereof, and such other and further reasonable construction rules, regulations and procedures as Owner or Owner’s agents may from time to time adopt on reasonable prior notice to be given in the manner provided herein.
