Construction Project Manager (CPM means a firm, joint venture, or entity selected by the COUNTY to perform construction management services as defined by the COUNTY and as an agent of the COUNTY. The CPM typically serves as the CONTRACTOR’s primary point of contact during the construction phase to the CA through the PMO.
