Construction or demolition wastes means solid waste resulting from the construction, repair, or demolition of buildings, roads and other structures, and debris from the clearing of land, but does not include clean fill when separated from other construction and demolition wastes and used as fill materials or otherwise land disposed. Such waste typically consists of materials including concrete, bricks, bituminous concrete, asphalt paving, untreated or chemically treated wood, glass, masonry, roofing, siding and plaster; and soils, rock, stumps, boulders, brush and other similar material. This term does not include industrial solid waste and municipal solid waste generated in residential or commercial activities associated with construction and demolitions activities.
