Construction Managers. Means the Management Group or General Contractor that has direct contract with the Owner General Contractor – Means the Contractor that has direct contract with the owner or Construction Managers as bid for the project. Construction Managers. REPRESENTATIVE The Construction Manager's authorized representative shall be the Construction Manager’s project manager unless otherwise identified in writing to the Owner. The Construction Manager's Representative shall possess full authority to receive instructions from the Owner, to act on those instructions, to execute all documents related to this Agreement (including, but not limited to Change Orders), and to legally bind the Construction Manager to any document so executed. If the Construction Manager changes its representative or their authority, the Construction Manager shall immediately notify the Owner in writing. This section details the Construction Manager’s responsibilities for preconstruction services, if selected by the Parties. As part of those services, the Construction Manager will furnish estimates of the Project, review drawings and specifications for constructability problems, create a schedule for procurement of long-lead items, and develop trade contractor interest in the Project. PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES The Preconstruction Services under this section are included in the Construction Manager's work.
