Construction and Renovation Contract definition
Construction and Renovation Contract means the construction and renovation contract dated June 10, 2000 in the amount of $343,000, (including the purchase orders and contracts issued by Oakleaf Real Estate Management for the repair and renovation of the Improvements) entered into between the Partnership and the Contractor pursuant to which the Improvements are being constructed or renovated in accordance with the Plans and
Construction and Renovation Contract means the construction and renovation contract dated , 2000 in the amount of $ , entered into between the Partnership and the Contractor pursuant to which the Improvements are being constructed or renovated in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The Construction and Renovation Contract shall be a fixed price agreement (includes materials and labor) at a cost consistent with the Construction and Renovation Budget.
