Construction and Completion Schedule definition

Construction and Completion Schedule means a construction and completion schedule submitted from time to time indicating the general sequence and timetable for construction of the Improvements and Access Routes to be constructed in each Mountain Phase;
Construction and Completion Schedule means a construction and completion schedule referred to in section 4.02 (a) (vi);

Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
