Consolidated Tangible Assets definition

Consolidated Tangible Assets means, for any Person, total assets of such Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis, less goodwill, patents, trademarks and other assets classified as intangible assets in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Tangible Assets means, as of any date of determination, the difference of (a) the consolidated total assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date, determined in accordance with GAAP, minus (b) all Intangible Assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as of such date.
Consolidated Tangible Assets means, with respect to the Company, the total consolidated assets of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, less the total intangible assets of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, as shown on the most recent internal consolidated balance sheet of the Company and such Restricted Subsidiaries calculated on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
