Consolidated Interest Income definition

Consolidated Interest Income means, for any period, the interest income of the Consolidated Group for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Interest Income means, for any period, the sum of all amounts that would be included, for purposes of determining Consolidated Net Income, as income of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such period in respect of interest payments by third parties to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
