Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations definition

Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations means, for any period, the sum of, without duplication, Consolidated Net Income for such period, plus (or, in the case of clause (iii) below, plus or minus) the following items to the extent included in computing Consolidated Net Income for such period:

Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations means, for any period, the sum of, without duplication, Consolidated Net Income for such period, plus (or, in the case of clause (c) below, plus or minus) the following items to the extent included in computing Consolidated Net Income for such period:
