Consignment Medical Devices definition
Consignment Medical Devices means a Medical Device to be placed on consignment in a DHB Hospital’s premises in accordance with clause 15;
Consignment Medical Devices means a Medical Device to be placed on consignment in a Te Whatu Ora Hospital’s premises in accordance with clause 15;
Consignment Medical Devices means a Medical Device to be placed on consignment (where use of the item by the DHB Hospital rather than delivery by you triggers when ownership of and risk associated with that Medical Device passes to the DHB Hospital) in a DHB Hospital’s premises in accordance with clause 15;
