Consignee-agent definition
Consignee-agent means a firm which distributes covered products to purchasers pursuant to a contractual arrangement with a refiner under which the refiner retains title to the covered product and specified the prices to be paid by the purchaser and under Which the refiner pays the consignee-agent acommission based on the volume of covered products distributed by the consignee-agent.
