Considering for purchase or sale means when the portfolio manager communicates that he/she is seriously considering making such a transaction or when a recommendation to the portfolio manager to purchase or sell has been made or communicated by an analyst at the Adviser and, with respect to the analyst making the recommendation, when such analyst seriously considers making such a recommendation.
Considering for purchase or sale means when the portfolio manager communicates that he/she is seriously considering making such a transaction or when a recommendation of the portfolio manager to purchase or sell has been made or communicated under the Investment process and, with respect to the Investment Team member making the recommendation, when such Investment Team member seriously considers making such a recommendation.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
